Ray opened his YouTube channel on February 17, 2009. His first video, which was uploaded in the same year, was a "good old fashioned lover boy queen" piano solo video[1]. His first elevator video was also uploaded in the same year, which was a Pillar elevator at The Valley Hotel in Bandung.[2].
